The Virginia Railway and Power Company was Incorporated in 1909 and provided Rail service, electric power and gas in Norfolk Virginia.  The companies largest share holder was Frank Jay Gould.  In 1925 the company was purchased and became the Virginia Electric and Power Company.  The Virginia Railway and Power Company is now part of Dominion Energy.  Issued in 1914.  Hand signed.  Vignette of two woman flanking an engine with two street cars in the background.
