The Washington, Baltimore and Annapolis Electric Railroad Company was founded in 1899 as the Potomac and Severn Electric Railway which changed it's name to the Washington, Baltimore and Annapolis Electric Railroad in 1902.  The rise of the automobile greatly stressed the railroad and it was liquidated in 1935.  Issued in 1918.  Hand Signed.
