The American Motors Corporation was founded in 1954 through the merger of Nash and Hudson. The American Motors Company went on to produce cars such as the Rambler, Gremlin and Pacer. The merger of Nash and Hudson was the larger merger in US history. Chrysler eventually purchased AMC.

This share of the American Motors Corporation was issued to EF Hutton & Co in 1968. Great piece of Americana.
