Generally speaking, items from our Vintage Collection are just that, old. They are some sort of collectible that is not newly manufactured, is often times circulated, previously owned or simply old stock that is no longer manufactured. This is the special stuff! These are the items that we scour the world looking for. Many are one-of-a-kind and rare. The condition of these items are seldom new. Are your stocks and bonds authentic?
All stocks and bonds on our site are guaranteed to be the genuine artifact. We sell only authentic merchandise and no reproductions (with exception of a couple of unique pieces such as the Dutch East India Company Stock Certificate which will be fully explained in the description). We guarantee the authenticity of each stock and bond we sell with a lifetime, money-back guarantee upon return of the item.

All stocks and bonds on this site are being sold as historical collectibles and do not represent any rights of ownership of the company indicated on the certificate. No transfer of ownership will be received and the certificate represents no intrinsic value other than as a collectible.

Tell Me About your Product Descriptions
Our product descriptions are based upon the information we have found at the time of the listing. This comes from information readily available online, through AI, customer information and past experience. We do our best to accurately describe the items but we are not perfect. We often will use descriptive language such as "Rare" or "Scarce" which can be subjective to many people. We might call something rare, because at the time of the listing, we could find few of these items for sale or at least few of them at a reasonable price or sellable condition. Or we may make that determination based off of research at that time. The scarcity or rarity of an item can change over time. For instance, if someone finds a stack of 10,000 of a particular stock certificate, they may no longer be rare. Just because we call it rare, does not mean we don't have more than one or you cannot find another. Every stock certificate could be considered rare given each one is unique with its own serial number and issued to name and date. Specimen stocks and bonds, by definition, are rare as their circulation is less than what is eventually issued. Use your own judgement. Our descriptions are based upon information available at the time of it's original listing. Again, if you have any questions regarding any descriptive term, language, or any product description in general, call us for clarification before placing your order. If you receive your item and think it does not match the product description or photo, we have a 30 day money-back guarantee upon return of the product in it's original packaging.

Is the Item in the Photo the Item I Will Receive?
Usually but not always. For instance, we may have dozens of a particular stock certificate or vintage item. In that case, we would use a representative photo or "stock" photo representing the item you will receive. In that case there may be slight variances between what you get and the photo including, but not limited to, condition, color, date, stock certificate number, issue and names. We do our best to describe the item in the product description and/or through the use of the photos or stock photos. We also will use AI to help edit our photos. Sometimes it may distort the item or give the impression of a different scale, this is unintentional but sometimes we might miss it given the variances are so slight. If you have questions about this, do not buy until you contact us and we can help explain any variances to you. If you receive your item and think it does not match the product description or photo, we have a 30 day money-back guarantee upon return of the product in it's original packaging. Returns will not be accepted, unless the item(s) is defective, for custom framed and engraved items. We also don't accept refunds for items that were custom purchased or assembled for the client (such as bulk orders or orders that received quantity discounts). No refunds will be granted for shipping charges and the safe return of any and all product in original condition is of the sole responsibility of the client or full credit may not be granted. Sealed Vintage Items
Some of our vintage items are "sealed" such as some of our vintage books or board games. Much of the value of these items are due to their sealed condition and once opened, are no longer sellable at the sealed price. Up to a 35% restocking fee will be assessed on any "sealed" vintage item that it opened and returned at our discretion.

What if my order arrives Damaged?
When your order arrives, please open it right away and notify us immediately if there is damage. You have 5 business days from the date it arrives to notify us if there is damage. With proper notification, we will either replace or refund your purchase. Whichever is appropriate.

Damaged orders that did not contact us regarding damage in a timely fashion will not be refunded . We try to pack all our orders well so this rarely happens.

Is the item in the picture the item that I will receive?
Many of the items we sell are unique, one-of-a-kind items. In that instance you will receive the item in the image on BullMarketGifts.com. Other times, we have multiple items of similar quality in stock which may differ slightly from the image. For instance, we may have several stocks and bonds of the same issuer in stock or in a different color. You will receive the item described but it may have a different serial number, name of who it was issued to, or color. As stated in our return policy, we will guarantee your satisfaction or return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please see additional info above.

What condition are your items in?
Many of the items on BullMarketGifts.com describe the condition of the item in question. We try to portray an accurate description of its condition as well as provide pictures. Keep in mind; many of our items are vintage items that will show some inevitable wear and tear. Please see our description of our Vintage Collection above.

For instance, stocks and bonds will often have cancellation and other stampings, hole punches, and writing on them from the transfer agent or custodian. Often times they are also folded when they were issued. We believe that these alterations add to the historical attractiveness of the piece and help to define the historical journey they took throughout their life. Do you take other forms of payment such as PayPal or Amazon Pay?
Yes! We accept Amazon Pay, MasterCard, Visa, American express, and Discover Card and a few others on our site. If you would like to pay via PayPal, just select the PayPal option during checkout and follow the instructions. Please contact us first for a total. Your item will not ship until payment clears. Please contact us if you have question. On occasion we may contact you requesting you verify your identity especially with large purchases.
