How do I return an item?

BullMarketGifts offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Should you feel the need to return your item for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, please return your item(s) for a full refund. Please contact us at [email protected] for a return merchandise authorization number.

No refunds will be granted for shipping charges and the safe return of any and all product in its original condition and packaging is of the sole responsibility of the client or full credit may not be granted. Please contact us before your purchase should you have any questions. We are fair; we will work with you to find a solution.

Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Large Bulk Orders (such as those with quantity discounts) and Custom Quoted Orders. Because these orders were specifically purchased on your behalf, we cannot accept returns on these orders. At our sole discretion, we may accept a return under certain circumstances but that order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus recoupment of any and all shipping expenses.
  • Custom Framed Pieces
  • Special order items i.e. large sculptures
  • Items that were engraved
  • International Orders and Orders sent to a Freight Forwarder
  • Items sent to a Hotel and were lost

Sealed Vintage Items
Some of our vintage items are "sealed" such as some of our vintage books or board games. Much of the value of these items are due to their sealed condition and once opened, are no longer sellable at the sealed price. Up to a 35% restocking fee will be assessed on any "sealed" vintage item that it opened and returned at our discretion.

Damaged Items:

All items received damaged must contact us within 5 business days of receipt of their order. We do our best to package each and every order so it gets to you safely. However, sometimes things happen. As such, we need to be notified immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier. You must keep the original package including the shipping material for UPS inspection. If your item arrives damaged, don't worry. As long as you contact us in a timely manner, keep the original shipping material and item packaging, we'll make sure you either get a replacement of a full refund whichever you prefer.
