How to Spot a Fake

These certificates are sought after by Scripophily collectors and Disney memorabilia enthusiasts. There are a ton of fake Walt Disney War Bond certificates out there. Do you know how to spot a fake? Each will have a watermark which will differ between printers. For instance, those printed by U.S. Government Printing Office will have an eagle for a watermark. Also, if you look at Donald Duck's eyes with a magnifying glass, the blue of his eyes will be little blue dots. If its solid blue, it's a photocopy.
