This rare trade ticket was issued May 10, 1934 by Paine, Webber & Co for 100 shares to W Livingston. The front features two stock transfer stamps from the State of New York.

Paine Webber was founded in 1880 in Boston by William Alfred Paine and Wallace G. Webber. They were members of the Boston Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange in 1890. They were purchased by UBS in 2000.
