It featured Richard Grass as Vice President who would go on to be CEO and Chairman of the Exchange in 1995. The manual in a 3 ring binder format with tabbed sections for each topic. The manual is extensive with topics ranging from Stock Certificates and Trading Specialists to IPOs and Fee Agreements. Great piece of history from the world's biggest exchange.
