This 1955 IPO prospectus is for the issuance of $100,000,000 in convertible bonds.  A huge some of money for the time.  The Radio Corporation of America (RCA) is well known American company.  This offering was underwritten by Lehman Brothers and Lazard Frères & Co making it even more unique.  This prospectus also comes with the offering letter from the President and Chairman of the board.  Condition:  Slight wrinkling from a fold.  President letter has a slight tear on the left-hand side.  Overall good condition for its age.
