Eversharp Inc. was started in 1913 by Charles Keeran and produced the Eversharp Pencil. In 1916 Eversharp was absorbed by Wahl Adding Machines and by 1921 the Eversharp Pencil made Wahl the leading manufacture of pencils and fountain pens. The company changed it's name to Wahl-Eversharp and was purchased by Parker Pen Company in 1957. in 2012 the Wahl and Eversharp trademark was purchased and revived, today they produce modern fountain pens. Issued in the 1960s.
