This investor kit was sent to a money manager in 1992 and contains the original 1991 Marvel Annual Report which features the NYSE in the background (These sell for about $150 alone). It also contains the Marvel 10-K, Form 8, 10-Q, a fax regarding the acquisition of Fleer, and some other press clipping and research that were most likely included by the inquiring investor. The kit is rare, especially the folder it's contained in.
