Description

Name Dropping by John Kenneth Galbraith is a memoir of his long and distinguished career as a renown economist and ambassador. It unrepentantly looks at the relationships he has had throughout his life with such notables as Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt, Harry S. Truman, John F. Kennedy and so many more.

John Kenneth Galbraith is one of the world's most respected economists. He worked on President Roosevelt's "New Deal" and served as the American "price czar" during WWII as the director of the Strategic Bombing Survey and director of the Office of Economic Security. He was an advisor to President Truman, Kennedy and Johnson. He has been a professor at Harvard since 1949. He was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom twice.

Name-Dropping is printed with the quality expected from Easton Press’s archival quality books - Genuine full leather, real gold gilded edges and lettering, smyth sewn binding, acid-free archival paper, moiré end pages, and silk ribbon.
