This rare find was a nicely made walnut stock ticker tape cutter. We believe it would have been use to cut the Dow Jones Broad Tape ticker ribbons given the length of the bade. The base is solid walnut and the metal blade lifts up to slice the ticker tape. There is no maker's mark so we are unsure of it's origin. Well made.
