Austro-Daimler was a subsidiary of the German company Daimler-Motoren-Gesellschaft (DMG) which began manufacturing automobiles in 1899. Austo-Daimler became independent in 1909 and in 1910 was renamed Oesterreichischen Daimler Motoren AG.

This stock certificate is a great part of the famous lineage of German Auto Legends Gottlieb Daimler and Ferdinand Porches who was Daimler's technical designer before founding his own company Porsche.

This is a rare bond certificate was issued in 1927 and still has most of its coupons (not pictured). Certificate is in German.
