Once the largest toy retailer in the world, Toys "R" Us recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and shuttered their stores throughout the world. Liquidation sales began in 2018 and the last U.S. store closed its doors on June 29th. A staple for children since 1948, the future of famous store now seemed to be over.

Since then, the brand has tried to emerge from bankruptcy with various brands such as Geoffrey's Toy Box and Tru Kids, Inc. In 2021 WHP Global acquired controlling interest and are attempting to bring the company back.

The vignette features the famous cartoon mascot, Geoffrey the Giraffe. Great piece for toy collectors and stock certificate collectors alike. This Toys "R" Us stock certificate was issued in 1993.
