Fidelity insurance, Trust, & safe Deposit was founded in 1866 by Clarence Clark.  The company merged with Philadelphia Trust Company to form Fidelity-Philadelphia Trust Company in 1869.  In 1954 the company purchased Baltimore national Bank forming Fidelity Baltimore National Bank and Trust.  The company was eventually absorbed by First Union, then Wachovia and finally Wells Fargo in 2008.  Issued in the 1950s.  Vignette features a nicely detailed scene of a seaside wharf in Baltimore.
